Hi my name is Mark Diaz, I'm 17 years old and currently a junior at Garden Grove High School. I am a very active person that likes to hang out with friends and try new things. I like to just go with the flow and stay away from trouble.. I try to get myself involved in sports and other activities to keep myself busy and focused. My favorite activities are : surfing in San Onofre, swimming, basketball, volleyball, skateboarding, and most of all just hanging out with friends.
People sometimes confuse me for being Filipino but I'm 100% Mexican. my family and i like to travel, so far we have gone to: Mexico (Guadalajara), Nevada (Lake Tahoe), Arizona (Colorado River) and we plan to go to other places. We also love trying new foreign food because its always interesting to learn from other cultural foods and traditions. Every Sunday our whole family gathers for a potluck at each others houses and we always have lots of fun together. On my free time i like to shop at Forever 21, Tillys, Pacsun, Zumiez and H&M and my favorite type of shoes are Nike SB.
My future goals for the next year is to dedicate more time in school, get involved in sports and find a part time job. Once i have a job, i would like to buy my own car and travel to new places with my friends and family. I will try to become more independent for myself and make good decisions in my life. Most importantly i would like to enjoy life and appreciate the things i have now. I also will learn how to deal with my mistakes to make things better and become a better person and always try to have a positive attitude i my life.
